Procurement Expert Group Members Supplement Announcement

Dear all member units：

To ensure the standardized and orderly development of the alliance's procurement work and promote the alliance to achieve the goal of building a social organization that is "strictly governed, compliant and efficient, and world-class". After review and approval by the joint meeting of the Secretariat, the procurement expert group supplementary of the members is hereby announced as follows:

I. Members of the Procurement Expert Group

· Director: Yang He (Executive Deputy Secretary-General of WAA)

· Members: Yang Tao (Secretary-General of WAA), Zhao Weifeng (China Telecom), Zhao Hangbin (China Mobile),  Li Zhaoyang (Huawei),  Zhang Boshan (ZTE), Li Pei (H3C)

II. Job Responsibilities of the Procurement Expert Group

1. In accordance with the business development needs of the alliance, attend the meetings of the procurement expert group, review and vote on procurement matters.

2. For temporary and urgent procurement demands, the decision-making and approval procedures are carried out through the AllianceHub.
